What to expect
For the best result, arrive with hair about a quarter inch long, roughly the length of a grain of rice, and skip lotions or oils on the area that day. Let Alanii know about any skin sensitivities or medications that thin or sensitize the skin.
Afterward, avoid heat, hard workouts, tanning and tight clothing on the area for about 24 hours, and keep it clean. Gentle exfoliation a few days later helps prevent ingrown hairs.
